Oak Harbor Ventures Performance Media operates with a compliance-first approach to consumer acquisition. We review advertiser requirements and traffic-source rules before launching campaigns.

Offer review

Before promoting an offer, we review the campaign terms, approved traffic types, restricted claims, landing page requirements, payout conditions, and any creative or disclosure rules provided by the advertiser or affiliate network.

Traffic-source alignment

We do not assume that an offer approved by one partner is automatically permitted on every traffic source. Campaigns are evaluated against each platform's policies and may be adjusted, paused, or rejected if there is a policy conflict.

Consumer experience

We do not intentionally run misleading promotions, unauthorized brand impersonation, false scarcity, hidden-cost claims, or deceptive landing experiences. Campaign messaging should be clear enough for a reasonable consumer to understand the nature of the promotion.

Email and suppression practices

Where email is used, we follow applicable unsubscribe, suppression, bounce-management, and sender-identification requirements. Suppression files and opt-out requests are handled according to applicable partner and legal obligations.

Restricted traffic

We do not run incentivized traffic, adult traffic, deceptive malware-like downloads, unauthorized rebills, or other restricted sources unless a partner explicitly allows the traffic type and the campaign complies with all applicable platform rules. When in doubt, we seek written clarification before launch.

Reporting and corrective action

We monitor campaign performance, partner feedback, compliance flags, and deliverability signals. Campaigns may be paused or adjusted when quality, policy, or compliance issues are identified.
